After reading years worth of your readers laments and experiences, I thought I would get my two cents worth in. My wife and I recently moved to Atlanta and rented an apartment in what I lovingly call Little Rhodesia. We have been homeowners for the last 15 years so apartment life has been quite an awakening. After the initial culture shock I have also found it quite entertaining once I took the time to pay attention to my neighbors.

In the apartment beside us there is his gorgeous little Mexican chick of about 13 years old. The guy in front of our apartment is also a real prize. He comes across as this big studboy, strutting around like Mike Tyson, looking like he wants to kick everyones ass. This asshole also likes to listen to very loud music with a horrendous bassline that thumps so bad it feels like a dull toothache. One Saturday night he was at it for hours. I pounded on the walls, but he ignored me. I did notice however, that every now and then you could here voices over the music. I got curious and grabbed a stethoscope out of the closet so I could listen in. What a laugh. This guy was crying like a baby and begging someone to pull their cock out of his ass and put some lube on it so it would stop hurting. All you could here was his begging, the other guy laughing, and two pairs of balls slapping together.

The piece de' resistance has got to be the retarded bitch whore that lives above us. I know from working with 'tards that an IQ of 70 or less qualifies you as fucked up, and this bitch rides about a 75. Everyone in the building hates her. I've seen her walk to get her mail wearing Lycra biker shorts with a huge load of shit in them. She has been caught with her drawers down around her ankles masturbating on the stairs. She stomps around her apartment like a goose-stepping Nazi. In short, we all want her dead. We finally almost got our wish. 2 weeks ago she let this huge nigger move in with her. When I first seen this dude it scared the crap out of me. He is about 6 foot 6, 290 pounds and has this droopy mustache. He looks like Ghengis Coon the way he dresses too. I couldn't figure out why she hooked up with this guy until I saw him coming down the stairs one day in a pair of loose sweat pants. This guy had about 12 inches of dangling death flopping around in his pants. His cock looked like a trout caught in a net.

Anyhow, we thought it would help calm this cunt down having someone to look after her, but he only made matters worse. I mean ,shit, last Sunday my folks came over for dinner and you could here this bitch screaming "For Gods sake, take your cock out of my ass", then him saying "Suck it bitch", then hear her gagging, heaving, and choking on his cock till she puked. Real class. Monday night however, we all got our wish when the shit hit the fan at her place. It was great.

The first indication we got that there was trouble was this constant banging sound on our ceiling. I didn't think much of it, figuring it was just the stupid nigger bouncing a basketball, untill I noticed that I heard someone saying "Ouch" after every hit. The brother was bouncing her squash off the floor like a tennis ball. Soon after, the main event took place in the foyer in front of myself and several other neighbors. The brother had this bitch up against the wall holding her up by the front of her shirt and dude, he was unloading on her. This guy would reach back as far as he could and unload one bomb after another on her face. Each hit drove her head into the wall and sent a huge spray of blood and snot flying into the air. If this bitch wasn't such a pain in the ass, we might have stepped in and helped, but as it were we found ourselves actually cheering him on and offering suggestions as to how he could inflict more damage to her. After a while, he bored with just punching her lites out and switched to speedbagging her with both hands. It didn’t take long for her to be a crumpled pile of shit on the floor so he switched over to using his boots on her. I tell you, I have never seen anyone take the kind of beating he dished out. Her face looked like 10 pounds of raw hamburger. After watching him put the boots to her for 5 or 10 minutes one of my neighbors said that maybe it was time to call the cops and put an end to the beating. The brother heard this and asked us to give him 10 minutes to pack his bags and scram before we called the cops. We were so grateful to him for giving her the beatdown we all wanted to give her, we agreed and let him boogie.

Funny thing was, the next day, except for a face that looked like shit, the retard didn't even seem to notice she had been beaten and she never said anything about it to us. I guess it wasn't the first time she had her ass kicked, and I would surely bet it wasn't the last.

Anyway, I guess my point is, those of you who are apartment dwellers, don't despair. Fun and entertainment is just outside your door . It’s a whole strange new world out there just outside that little peephole in your door.
